A passport valid for more than 6 months (as of the end date of the tour), legal, is the only document accepted for this itinerary.

When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and conditions for canceling the tour in the program. In case you do not come to register the tour in person but someone else comes to register, please carefully research the program from the person who registered for you.

Please bring your Passport (original), deposit 50% of the tour price in advance when registering for the tour and complete the payment 7 days before the tour departs.

Due to the nature of a single group, Vietnam Travel will be responsible for accepting guests for a full group (15 adults or more), then the group will depart on schedule. If the number of guests is less than 15 guests, the company will be responsible for notifying guests 4 days before the departure date and will re-negotiate the new departure date, or refund the full amount previously registered.

If you have 2 nationalities or travel documents, please notify the tour consultant at the time of registering for the tour and submit the original with relevant documents (if any).

If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register to travel to a third country.

In case of children under 18 years old: If accompanying parents, they must bring a birth certificate with a red stamp, if they are not accompanied by their parents, they must bring a power of attorney certified by the local government.
NOTE: The program is subject to change depending on the airline's flight schedule and hotel situation in Malaysia and Singapore, but the number of attractions does not change. This is a pure tour program with a number of Shopping points. In objective cases such as terrorism, natural disasters, visa issuance period of the consulate or due to changes in the schedule of public transportation such as planes, trains, the travel company will retain the right to change the route for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensation for damages incurred. Please bear all costs incurred if you are refused entry for personal reasons. The passport must be intact, not torn, not erased...
